With 12 years of experience writing for online retailers, I'd say the internet is my second home. I've spent more hours online than I can count - as you can guess, numbers are not my strong suit!
In that time I've had a thriving career, learning how best to wrangle words for the digital world. From Temple & Webster and Forever New to The Iconic (back when it was a start up) and RedBalloon, I've become an expert in crafting compelling voices that speak perfectly to the customer, often creating or fine-tuning that brand's unique tone and identity along the way.

But I'm not *just* an e-commerce copywriter, my wealth of experience also includes more traditional, analog channels, as well as creative writing.

Along with my usual digital and social copy, I've had the pleasure of creating advertising material including video scripts, retail signage, packaging copy, internal business comms and onboarding documents, blogs, personal essays, and even, resumes and job ads.
My willingness to explore different mediums and forms ensures that I continually practice my craft in new ways, adding to my already expansive skill set.
